Transitional Housing emphasizes family programming. This Transitional Housing service includes rental of a safe minimally-furnished house or apartment. All residences are equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, refrigerators, stoves, furniture and some cookware. In order to remain in the Pathfinder Community Connections’ Transitional Housing Program participants must:
EligibilityFamilies with children who have no dwelling or resources to obtain a dwelling are eligible for the services of Transitional Housing.
