Eligibility

Families with children who have no dwelling or resources to obtain a dwelling are eligible for the services of Transitional Housing.

  • Please provide the Transitional Housing Support Specialist with the name, address, and phone number at which the head of household may be contacted and information about their current living situation. Whenever possible, please have the head of household call.
