 Pathfinder Community Connections is the community development division of Pathfinder Services, which is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Services as not-for-profit organization as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Pathfinder Community Connections is an organization that requires individualized customer relationships between our housing clients and business partners. We provide homebuyer education and counseling that will position a client for successful homeownership. We also provide skilled analysis to determine down payment assistance required for each client. As a result, we bring together all necessary resources to allow our clients to achieve the American Dream of home ownership and build wealth through home equity one household at a time. Pathfinder Community Connections, the community development division of Pathfinder Services, was created in 1997. Providing a one-stop service, Pathfinder Community Connections guides the potential home buyers through the entire process of pre-purchase education, loan packaging, closing on the home, post purchase counseling, and when in need, foreclosure prevention counseling is available. Pathfinder Community Connections is a comprehensive housing development organization serving 14 counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Marshall, Noble, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley. In addition to the counties above, Pathfinder Community Connections provides Home Buyers Education and down payment assistance in the City of Fort Wayne as well as seven other counties: Fulton, St. Joe, Elkhart, Warrick, Randolph, Miami and LaPorte.
