Pathfinder Community Connections is an organization that requires individualized customer relationships between our housing clients and business partners. We facilitate homebuyer education and counseling that will position a client for successful homeownership. We also provide skilled analysis to determine how much each client can receive in forgivable Down Payment Assistance Loans. As a result, we bring together all necessary resources to allow our clients to achieve the American Dream of home ownership and build wealth through home equity one household at a time. Pathfinder Community Connections, the community development division of Pathfinder Services, was created in 1997. Providing a one-stop service, Pathfinder Community Connections guides the potential home buyers through the entire process of pre-purchase education, loan packaging, closing on the home, post purchase counseling, and when in need, foreclosure prevention counseling is available. Pathfinder Community Connections is a comprehensive housing development organization serving 23 counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Fulton, Hamilton, Huntington, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, LaPorte, Marshall, Miami, Noble, Randolph, Shelby, St. Joe, Starke, Steuben, Wabash, Warrick, Wells and Whitley.
