• Special financing to reduce your monthly payments. Many customers have house payments that are lower than their previous rent!

What our help costs

Various Pathfinder Community Connections partners pay most of the cost of services. Typically your up-front costs include only the price of the credit report (RMCR). Other costs are usually included with your loan.
