CONTACT US Since 1997, Pathfinder Community Connections has helped over 1,300 families purchase a new or existing home, providing those families with nearly 9.6 million dollars in down payment assistance.

To qualify for Pathfinder Community Connections assistance, your family’s annual income must be below a certain limit. The maximum income varies by county. Generally, a family of four qualifies if it earns less than approximately $42,000 per year. Larger families may earn more and smaller families must earn less. We are especially interested in helping single parents and people who have disabilities.
